Powerful freedom on two wheels.

The HX Q3 Plus is not just an electric bike – it's your key to fast, comfortable and free movement in everyday life. With a top speed of up to 45 km/h, rugged fat bike tires and a powerful 750W hub motor, it's built to get you where you want to go – whether you're commuting around town or exploring the terrain. Add a removable battery, full front suspension and a folding design, and you have an electric bike that is as practical as it is powerful.

Powerful engine for powerful acceleration.

With a rear-mounted 750W electric motor, you get a powerful and smooth acceleration, perfect for both city driving and more hilly landscapes. The impressive climbing ability of up to 25° means that you can climb slopes without any problems, even with a full pack. The electric motor gives you the option of choosing between three different driving modes – pure electric drive, pedal assist or fully manual cycling – so you can always adapt your driving to the situation and energy level.

Long range for smooth commuting.

With a 48V 12.75Ah battery, you get up to 75km of range on a single charge – enough to cover most commutes or weekend trips without worrying about recharging mid-journey. The battery is also removable, which makes it easy to bring in for charging at the office or at home. It is a perfect solution for those who live in an apartment or want the option of changing the battery for extra long range.

Built for comfort on all surfaces.

The HX Q3 Plus is equipped with 20-inch wide fat bike tires that are puncture-resistant and ready to handle both asphalt, dirt roads and forest trails. The double suspension fork at the front, with lockable function, provides a stable and comfortable driving feeling even on uneven surfaces. The result is an electric bike that works just as well for daily commuting as it does for weekend off-road adventures.

Designed to fit your life.

The bike weighs 30 kg and is foldable, which makes it easy to store at home or in the car. With an adjustable seat and recommended user height of 170-190 cm, the HX Q3 Plus is perfect for adults looking for comfort and ergonomics. An ignition key is included, which provides extra security when you leave the bike parked.

Safety in every detail.

Two efficient disc brakes give you fast and reliable braking, even at high speeds or on wet surfaces. The IPX4-rated water resistance protects against splashes and rain, while a strong LED headlight at the front gives you good visibility in the dark. With the clear LCD display, you have full control of speed, battery level and location throughout the journey.

Shimano 7-speed drivetrain for total control.

The integrated 7-speed Shimano gear allows you to easily adapt the cycling to terrain and riding style. Combine that with the elastic assistance to get a supple, light and natural driving feel - perfect whether you're pedaling up a steep hill or gliding along at high speed on straights.

HX Q3 Plus – for those who refuse to compromise.

Whether you want to trade your car for something more environmentally friendly, or just looking for a more enjoyable way to get around, the HX Q3 Plus delivers everything you need: power, range, comfort and function. It's built to handle more than everyday life – it's built to become part of your lifestyle.

Laws & regulations

Electric scooter
An electric scooter is considered a bicycle if it has a maximum speed of 20 km/h and a motor with no more than 250 W. However, it is important to note that the limit applies to the continuous (nominal) power - which means that the electric scooter can temporarily have a higher so-called peak power, for example up to 1000 W, as long as the nominal power does not exceed 250 W.

If the electric scooter exceeds 20 km/h in speed or has a motor with more than 250 W nominal power, different rules apply. The next classification is Moped class II and thereafter Moped class I. There are technical requirements, such as braking systems, that must be met for an electric scooter to be classified as a moped.

Essentially, if it reaches up to 25 km/h it is considered as Moped class II, while if the speed exceeds 40 km/h and the motor is stronger than 250 W, it is classified as Moped class I. For Moped Class I, an AM license is required, the vehicle must be registered, and a helmet must be worn. Moped class II requires a driver's license and mandatory use of a helmet. If the electric scooter does not meet the requirements for bicycle, moped class I or II it gets it not to be used on public roads.

Electric bike
For the requirements to apply to an electric bicycle, the motor must be limited to 250 W nominal (continuous) power and only assist the pedaling up to 25 km/h. This means that the engine can temporarily deliver a higher so-called peak power, for example up to 1000 W, as long as the nominal power does not exceed 250 W. The electric bicycle must also be pedaled for the motor to work - so it must not drive on its own without the user's pedaling power.

Deviation from these requirements results in the vehicle being classified as moped, which entails other technical requirements, mandatory registration, driver's license and insurance.

We strongly recommend the use of a helmet, especially if the driver is under the age of 15, although it is not mandatory.

Read our blog posts for more information about which rules apply around electric scooters and electric bikes.
