The Fighter Eleven+ V4 is no ordinary electric scooter. With dual motors of 1,600 W each, it reaches a top speed of 85 km/h. It's powered by a 60V Samsung battery with a capacity of 37.1 Ah, giving an impressive maximum range of up to 120 km. This makes it one of the most powerful scooters on the market.
Robust construction.
The Eleven+ V4 model lives up to its name and handles the toughest challenges. It can easily manage hills with up to 30° inclines thanks to its adjustable hydraulic shock absorbers. The scooter's aluminum alloy and steel construction gives it a robust weight of 36 kg, but it can carry up to 150 kg.
Innovative puncture-protected technology.
The Teverun Fighter Eleven+ V4 is equipped with 11-inch tubeless tires with built-in puncture protection. The inner layer of the tire is treated with a special slime that effectively repairs minor damage, reducing the risk of punctures.
Smart technology and safety features.
This model stands apart from the simpler models with its advanced technology. Using a smartphone app, users can customize the scooter's lighting, monitor the battery's cell capacity and make other adjustments. Electric scooters (e-scooters)
Rules for e-scooters are not fully harmonised across the EU – each member state sets its own requirements. In most EU countries, e-scooters are limited to a top speed of 20–25 km/h for use on public roads, and some countries also require type approval, insurance or a minimum age. Models that exceed the national limits – for example with higher top speeds or stronger motors – may generally only be used on private property. Always check the current rules with the national transport authority in your country before riding on public roads.
Electric bikes (pedelecs)
Across the EU, an electric bike is treated as a regular bicycle if the motor has a maximum continuous rated power of 250 W, only assists while you pedal, and cuts out at 25 km/h (EU Regulation 168/2013 and EN 15194). Such pedelecs require no registration, licence or insurance. The motor may temporarily deliver a higher peak output, as long as the continuous rated power does not exceed 250 W.
Faster or more powerful models (such as speed pedelecs with assistance up to 45 km/h) are classified as mopeds (category L1e-B) and are subject to type approval, registration, insurance, helmet and licence requirements that vary by country. Models that do not meet these requirements may only be used on private property.
We strongly recommend wearing a helmet, even where it is not mandatory.
