Product description
The Smart double hook Xiaomi/Ninebot from Ulip is a robust and stylish upgrade for anyone who wants to carry bags, backpacks, helmets or grocery bags safely and in a balanced way when riding an electric scooter. The product is made of CNC-machined aluminum alloy that provides high strength, low weight and a long life even with daily use.
The double hook design provides better load distribution compared to single hooks and reduces the risk of bags slipping off while riding. Thanks to its precise fit, the hook mounts stably on the handlebar stem without affecting riding comfort or the folding mechanism. The anodized surface not only gives an exclusive look but also protects against wear, scratches and corrosion.
The Smart double hook Xiaomi/Ninebot comes as a complete mounting kit with screws and an Allen key, making installation quick and easy without the need for extra tools. A perfect choice for anyone who wants to combine function, safety and design — order today and make your scooter even more practical for everyday use.

Electric scooters (e-scooters)
Rules for e-scooters are not fully harmonised across the EU – each member state sets its own requirements. In most EU countries, e-scooters are limited to a top speed of 20–25 km/h for use on public roads, and some countries also require type approval, insurance or a minimum age. Models that exceed the national limits – for example with higher top speeds or stronger motors – may generally only be used on private property. Always check the current rules with the national transport authority in your country before riding on public roads.
Electric bikes (pedelecs)
Across the EU, an electric bike is treated as a regular bicycle if the motor has a maximum continuous rated power of 250 W, only assists while you pedal, and cuts out at 25 km/h (EU Regulation 168/2013 and EN 15194). Such pedelecs require no registration, licence or insurance. The motor may temporarily deliver a higher peak output, as long as the continuous rated power does not exceed 250 W.
Faster or more powerful models (such as speed pedelecs with assistance up to 45 km/h) are classified as mopeds (category L1e-B) and are subject to type approval, registration, insurance, helmet and licence requirements that vary by country. Models that do not meet these requirements may only be used on private property.
We strongly recommend wearing a helmet, even where it is not mandatory.

This smart double hook for
The hooks feel sturdy and can handle more weight than I thought, but of course you shouldn't overload them. The design blends in well with the scooter and doesn't look bulky.
Loses a star because it can get a little stiff when you fold the handlebars, but otherwise it does exactly what it's supposed to. A cheap and smart accessory that I can definitely recommend.
