Product description
Product description
LOOKROAD L26 for powerful and flexible riding.
The LOOKROAD L26 is a powerful electric bike for those who want to combine long range, large fatbike tyres and high comfort with a practical folding format. It is equipped with a 1000W motor, a 48V 15Ah battery and 26 x 4.0-inch air-filled off-road tyres. The combination gives a stable riding experience on tarmac, gravel and rougher surfaces. Front and rear suspension helps absorb impacts, while the Shimano 21-speed drivetrain provides flexibility as the terrain changes. For those seeking a well-equipped fatbike electric bike for longer rides and varied riding, the LOOKROAD L26 offers a well-considered combination of power, comfort and function.
1000W motor with 65Nm for stronger drive.
The LOOKROAD L26 is powered by a 1000W motor with a stated torque of 65Nm. That gives this electric bike good response when accelerating and extra power when the road starts to climb. The stated maximum speed is up to 60 km/h, while the model has a speed limiter set to 25 km/h. Climbing ability is stated at up to 40 degrees under suitable conditions. That makes the L26 interesting for riders who want to handle both everyday distances and more demanding terrain. Actual speed and climbing ability are affected by rider weight, battery level, surface and gradient, among other things.
48V 15Ah battery with up to 90 km range.
This electric bike is equipped with a 48V 15Ah battery that provides stable power delivery on both shorter and longer rides. The stated range is approximately 70–90 km with pedal assistance and around 40–60 km in fully electric riding. That makes the LOOKROAD L26 an interesting alternative for those seeking an electric bike with long range who want to reduce the number of charging stops. The battery is removable for easier charging and storage. With the included 54.6V 2A charger, charging time is approximately 6–8 hours. Range varies depending on riding mode, temperature, terrain, load and tyre pressure.
26-inch fatbike tyres for stability on different surfaces.
The LOOKROAD L26 uses wide 26 x 4.0-inch air tyres that give this fatbike electric bike a stable and confident feel across varied surfaces. The large contact area helps create grip on gravel, sand, snow and uneven roads, while the tyres also help absorb minor vibrations. The larger wheels also roll efficiently over bumps and suit longer rides well. For those who want an electric bike that works both in urban environments and on more adventurous routes, the wide off-road tyres provide a good balance of comfort, control and capability.
Front and rear suspension for greater comfort.
To create a smoother riding experience, the LOOKROAD L26 has suspension both front and rear. The front fork has a lockout function that lets you choose between shock absorption on uneven surfaces and a firmer setting on smoother roads. At the rear sits a GSX-200 shock absorber that helps reduce vibrations and impacts from gravel, potholes and uneven trails, for example. The combination of front and rear suspension together with the wide 26-inch tyres makes this electric bike particularly interesting for riders who prioritise comfort on longer rides and across more varied road surfaces.
Shimano 21-speed for flexible cycling.
The LOOKROAD L26 is fitted with a Shimano 21-speed drivetrain that makes it easier to adapt your pedalling to speed and terrain. The many gears give you the option of a lighter resistance on hills or a heavier ratio when you want to ride more efficiently on flat roads. Together with the three riding modes, you get an electric bike that can be adapted to both your form on the day and the riding situation. You can use electric assistance when you want extra help while still taking advantage of the mechanical gearing for better control and more efficient pedalling.
M5 LCD display and USB charging right at the handlebars.
The centrally positioned M5 LCD display gives you important riding information directly in front of you. On the display you can follow current speed, battery level and assistance mode, among other things, without having to interrupt your ride. The LOOKROAD L26 also has a practical USB port that can be used to charge compatible devices while riding. That is a valued feature on longer rides when the phone is used for navigation, for example. The combination of a smart display, three riding modes, USB port, ignition key and electric horn makes this electric bike well equipped for both everyday use and longer excursions.
Disc brakes and LED lighting for better control.
The LOOKROAD L26 has mechanical disc brakes both front and rear. They give clear braking response and help the rider control speed on both flat stretches and downhill sections. This electric bike is also fitted with LED lighting front and rear. The headlight helps illuminate the road in darker conditions, while the rear light has a brake warning function that makes you more visible to road users behind you when slowing down. The combination of disc brakes and lighting makes the L26 better prepared for varied riding conditions and times of day.
Folding aluminium frame and practical luggage rack.
Despite the large 26-inch fatbike tyres, the LOOKROAD L26 has a folding aluminium frame. That makes the model easier to store or transport compared with many traditional fatbikes of the same size. The bike measures approximately 1980 x 700 x 1120 mm and net weight is approximately 32 kg. The recommended maximum rider weight is 150 kg and the model is recommended for riders from around 170 cm. The rear luggage rack is made from high-carbon steel and has a stated load capacity of up to 20 kg, giving practical space for bags, smaller shopping or equipment.
IP54 and robust construction for varied use.
The LOOKROAD L26 has an IP54 rating, meaning protection against limited dust ingress and water splashes. That makes this electric bike better suited to changeable conditions, but it should not be regarded as fully waterproof or exposed to immersion and heavy jet washing. The aluminium frame provides a combination of stability and corrosion-resistant construction, while wide tyres, suspension and disc brakes create a robust whole. For those seeking a folding electric bike with fatbike characteristics, this is a model built for both everyday transport and more varied leisure riding.
Check the rules before riding on public roads.
The LOOKROAD L26 has a motor output of 1000W and a stated maximum speed of up to 60 km/h. This means the model does not automatically fall under the same rules as a traditional electric bike with a 250W motor and pedal assistance up to 25 km/h. A speed limiter set to 25 km/h does not necessarily change the vehicle's legal classification. Always check the current regulations on registration, insurance, licensing and where the model may be ridden before using it on public roads. Full output and higher speeds should only be used where such riding is permitted.
Choose the LOOKROAD L26 for range, comfort and function.
The LOOKROAD L26 suits those seeking a powerful electric bike with large fatbike tyres, long battery life and many practical features. You get a 1000W motor with 65Nm, a 48V 15Ah battery with up to 90 km of stated range, Shimano 21-speed gearing and suspension both front and rear. Add the folding aluminium frame, M5 LCD display, USB port, LED lighting, disc brakes and a luggage rack with up to 20 kg load capacity, and you get a flexible electric bike for both everyday use and longer rides. Order the LOOKROAD L26 from Wheelyshop and choose a fatbike electric bike built for more types of journey.

Laws & rules
Laws & rules
Electric scooters (e-scooters)
Rules for e-scooters are not fully harmonised across the EU – each member state sets its own requirements. In most EU countries, e-scooters are limited to a top speed of 20–25 km/h for use on public roads, and some countries also require type approval, insurance or a minimum age. Models that exceed the national limits – for example with higher top speeds or stronger motors – may generally only be used on private property. Always check the current rules with the national transport authority in your country before riding on public roads.
Electric bikes (pedelecs)
Across the EU, an electric bike is treated as a regular bicycle if the motor has a maximum continuous rated power of 250 W, only assists while you pedal, and cuts out at 25 km/h (EU Regulation 168/2013 and EN 15194). Such pedelecs require no registration, licence or insurance. The motor may temporarily deliver a higher peak output, as long as the continuous rated power does not exceed 250 W.
Faster or more powerful models (such as speed pedelecs with assistance up to 45 km/h) are classified as mopeds (category L1e-B) and are subject to type approval, registration, insurance, helmet and licence requirements that vary by country. Models that do not meet these requirements may only be used on private property.
We strongly recommend wearing a helmet, even where it is not mandatory.
