Long range for smooth commuting.

This means that you can easily manage an entire week's commute without having to think about charging. Whether you have a busy schedule or just want to avoid range anxiety, L2 gives you the freedom to drive further – when you want, where you want.

Nice ride with advanced suspension.

The innovative ShocFree swingarm suspension makes every ride a pleasant experience – even on uneven roads and rough surfaces. Perfect for those who commute through all sides of the city - from cobbled streets to cracked bike lanes. You always arrive relaxed, without your body having taken a beating on the way there.

Double braking power for maximum safety.

With E-ABS and double disc brakes front and rear, you can always trust that the Ausom L2 will stop where you want. Whether you need to brake quickly in rush hour traffic or navigate steep descents in rainy weather, this braking system provides a stable and controlled experience. Always safe, regardless of the surface.

Thicker tires. Better grip.

The 10 inch wide vacuum tubeless tires (25 x 7.5 cm) provide great grip on everything from wet streets to dirt roads. The tires are puncture resistant and designed to keep you stable even when the road doesn't. So whether you're commuting in the rain or crossing a roadworks – you drive on without interruption.

Smart security with NFC lock.

Say goodbye to keys. With Ausom L2's integrated NFC lock, you unlock your scooter directly with your mobile phone or a personal password. You no longer have to worry about theft during a coffee break – the L2 is always protected, but ready to go when you are.

Foldable and portable without compromise.

The double folding mechanism makes it easy to fold the electric scooter in just a few seconds. It fits under the desk, in the car or on public transport - while maintaining a solid and safe feeling when unfolded. Smart design that works for urban life.

Strong frame, light weight.

Made of durable aluminum alloy, the L2 is built to withstand everyday's toughest grips - but still weighs only 29.2 kg. You can easily carry it up stairs or roll it on board the bus. Ideal for those who need a versatile electric scooter that can handle both driving and transport.

Wide platform for a better driving position.

With a generous footboard of 540 x 195 mm, you get plenty of room to stand comfortably, even during longer rides. The wide base makes it easier to adjust position and find the right balance, which provides extra control and comfort - even in crowded city traffic.

Stylish and visible - day or night.

The L2's lighting system is as practical as it is stylish. With a powerful LED headlight, clear rear lights and integrated blinkers with joystick control, you can be seen from all directions - even in dark or rainy conditions. A safer journey for you and those around you.

Laws & regulations

Electric scooter
An electric scooter is considered a bicycle if it has a maximum speed of 20 km/h and a motor with no more than 250 W. However, it is important to note that the limit applies to the continuous (nominal) power - which means that the electric scooter can temporarily have a higher so-called peak power, for example up to 1000 W, as long as the nominal power does not exceed 250 W.

If the electric scooter exceeds 20 km/h in speed or has a motor with more than 250 W nominal power, different rules apply. The next classification is Moped class II and thereafter Moped class I. There are technical requirements, such as braking systems, that must be met for an electric scooter to be classified as a moped.

Essentially, if it reaches up to 25 km/h it is considered as Moped class II, while if the speed exceeds 40 km/h and the motor is stronger than 250 W, it is classified as Moped class I. For Moped Class I, an AM license is required, the vehicle must be registered, and a helmet must be worn. Moped class II requires a driver's license and mandatory use of a helmet. If the electric scooter does not meet the requirements for bicycle, moped class I or II it gets it not to be used on public roads.

Electric bike
For the requirements to apply to an electric bicycle, the motor must be limited to 250 W nominal (continuous) power and only assist the pedaling up to 25 km/h. This means that the engine can temporarily deliver a higher so-called peak power, for example up to 1000 W, as long as the nominal power does not exceed 250 W. The electric bicycle must also be pedaled for the motor to work - so it must not drive on its own without the user's pedaling power.

Deviation from these requirements results in the vehicle being classified as moped, which entails other technical requirements, mandatory registration, driver's license and insurance.

We strongly recommend the use of a helmet, especially if the driver is under the age of 15, although it is not mandatory.

Read our blog posts for more information about which rules apply around electric scooters and electric bikes.
