Policy on devolutions and refunds
Marco legal
La presente Política de Volución y Reembolso se rige por lo disposito en:
- The Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 , por el que se apprueba el texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios.
- El Real Decreto-ley 7/2021 , relative to the modernization of the normative en materia de protección de los consumptives.
- Demás normative aplicable en materia de comercio electrónico en España.
Right of withdrawal
The client has a period of 14 natural days from the reception of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal, his need for justification.
El desistimiento must be communicated via an unequivocal declaration en la que el cliente manifieste su decisión de desistir del contrato.
To exercise it, you must:
- Acceder al formulario haciendo clic en Contactar con nosotros .
- Seleccionar el asunto “Devolución de productos” .
- Clearly indicate your intention to desist and include the order number.
The consumer must return the goods within a maximum period of 14 natural days from the communication of desistment .
Se considerará ejercido correctamente el derecho si la communication se realiza dentro del plazo legal.
Condiciones de los productos returned
For the return to be accepted:
- El producto no debe haber sido utilizado más allá de lo necesario para comprador su naturaleza, caracteristics y funcción.
- Debe conservar etiquetas, accesorios, manuales y todos sus componentes originales.
- Debe devolverse en su embalaje original o en uno equivalente que garantice su adequada protección.
The client will be responsible for the diminution of the value of the property when said loss derives from a manipulation distinct from the one necessary for its verification.
Ámbito territorial de entrega
Wheelyshop realiza envíos exclusively a direccións ubicatas en la España peninsular .
No shipments are made to:
- Balearic Islands
- Canary Islands
- Ceuta
- Melilla
Los pedidos con dirección outside of mainland Spain will not be processed.
En caso de formalizarse un pedido por técnico error fuera del amíto territorial indicado, este será cancelado y se procederá al rembolos íntegro del importe abonado.
Risk transmission
In conformity with article 66 bis of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the risk of loss or deterioration of the product is passed on to the consumer at the moment that he or a third party, other than the transporter, acquires the material possession of the item.
Return costs
Except in cases of defective products or lack of conformity, the direct cost of devolution will be assumed by the client.
The return cost varies between 8.9 EUR and 499 EUR , depending on the weight, volume and nature of the product:
- Productos ligeros (accesorios y repuestos): desde 8.9 EUR.
- Voluminous or heavy products (electric scooters and electric bikes): up to 499 EUR.
The exact import will be communicated beforehand and must be accepted expressly by the client before organizing the collection.
Dicho importe será deducido del reembolso.
The client will be responsible for the correct return of the product until its reception in our facilities, unless the collection has been organized directly by Wheelyshop.
Return procedure (todos los productos)
To return any product, the client must:
- Acceder a Contactar con nosotros .
- Seleccionar el asunto “Devolución de productos” .
- Indicate the order number and the products to be returned.
- Attach photographs or videos that certify the actual state of the product:

- Imágenes del embalaje si está sin abrir.
- Clear images of the product if it has been disassembled (including tires, structure and components relevant to electric vehicles).
En un plazo máximo de horas laborables se comunicará el coste exacto de devolución.
Once accepted, se facilitarán las instrucciones de recogida.
No se aceptarán devoluciones sentidas sin authorization previa por escrito.
Reembolso
The refund will be made using the same medium of payment employed in the purchase.
Se realizará en un plazo máximo de 14 días naturales desde la communication del desistimiento , pudiendo Wheelyshop retain el reimbursement hasta:
- Having received the goods, or
- Haber recibo prueba fehaciente de su devolución,
Whatever happens first.
The cost of the refund will be deducted from the import and reimbursable when applicable.
Excepciones al derecho de desistimiento
El derecho de desistimiento no será aplicable en los supuestos previstos en el article 103 del Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, including, among others:
- Bienes precintados que no sean aptos para ser devueltos por razones de salud o higiene y que hayan sido desprecintados tras la entrega.
- Bienes confeccionados conforme a las específications del consumidor o claramente personalizedos.
Productos defectuosos o falta de conformación
Todos los productos nuevos cuenta con una garantie legal de tres (3) años , conforme a la normative española in force.
En caso de falta de conformación, el consumidor podrá exigir:
- Repair
- Substitution
- Price reduction
- Contract resolution
según lo established legally.
To do this you must:

- Describe the incidence in detail.
- Attach visual evidence.
- Indicate the order number and, if applicable, the serial number.
En estos supuestos, los costes de recogida y transport serán asumidos por Wheelyshop.
Certificate of Conformity (CoC)
For certain models, a Certificado de Conformidad (CoC) can be provided only when it is indicated expressly on the product sheet.
La availability de dicho certificado no automatically implies the registration or registration of the vehicle before the competent authorities.
The fulfillment of additional administrative requirements will depend on the applicable regulations.
Es responsabilidad del cliente verificar previdante la normative valide si pretende matricular o registrar el vehículo para su circulación en vías públicas.
Cancellation of orders
Una vez realizado y pagado un pedido, este entra automáticamente en proceso logistics y no podrá ser cancelado unilateralmente.
No obstante, el cliente mantiente integralmente su derecho de desistimiento within the legal term of 14 natural days from the reception of the product.
Se recomienda revisar cuandomente el pedido antes de confirmar la compra para evitar costes innecesarios de devolución.
